2 Account Register
To open an account with Vinvip, you must:

Your account is your responsibility. Keep your password confidential and never share it with anyone, including Vinvip staff. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.

3 Eligibility & Age
You may only use Vinvip if:
- You are at least 18 years of age
- You are legally present or resident in Bangladesh
- You do not appear on any domestic or international list of restricted persons
- There are no active legal proceedings against you
- You hold only one account at any given time
Warning: No one under the age of 18 is permitted to use Vinvip. We enforce strict age verification, and providing false information may result in legal action.
4 Deposit Policy
You can deposit funds on Vinvip via mobile banking, bank transfer, and other secure payment methods.
Deposit Limits:
- Minimum deposit: BDT 50
- Maximum deposit (single transaction): BDT 10,000
- Daily maximum: BDT 50,000 (including bonus)
- Monthly maximum: BDT 1,00,000
You can lower your deposit limit at any time. To increase it, contact customer support. Deposits are typically credited within 1 minute.
Please note: Funds deposited into your vinvip account are held securely and can be withdrawn at any time. However, if a bonus has been used, its wagering requirements must be met before withdrawal.
5 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawals on Vinvip are quick and straightforward. You can withdraw funds from your account using the same method you used to deposit.
Withdrawal Process:
- Minimum withdrawal: BDT 100
- Maximum withdrawal (single transaction): BDT 500,000
- Processing time: typically 5 minutes
- Verification may take additional time
Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw any winnings. This is to protect your security and prevent money laundering.
Important: Once submitted, a withdrawal request cannot be cancelled for 24 hours. Please double-check the amount and destination before confirming.
6 Bonus Terms
Vinvip offers various promotions and bonuses. Each bonus comes with specific terms and conditions that you are required to follow.
General bonus policy:
- Each player is eligible for one welcome bonus only
- Bonuses are valid for a set period (typically 30 days)
- Bonus funds are not real money and cannot be withdrawn directly
- Bonus funds are used first, before your real money balance
- Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement (typically 3x to 5x)
What is Wagering? If you receive a BDT 100 bonus with a 3x wagering requirement, you must place BDT 300 in bets before claiming the bonus. Only then will the bonus convert to real money.
७ Betting Rules
Vinvip lets you place bets on a variety of sports and games. Each betting type has its own rules.
Betting Process:
- The amount you bet is deducted from your account instantly
- You can cancel a bet up until it goes live
- Once a bet is live, it cannot be changed or cancelled
- Match results are determined in accordance with official sources
- If a match is cancelled, your stake will be refunded
Parlay & Combo Bets: You can place multiple bets at once. If all selections are correct, your winnings are higher — but a single incorrect selection means you lose the entire bet.
Bet Responsibly: Only bet what you can afford to lose. Betting can become addictive.
८ Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Multiple Accounts: Opening or operating multiple accounts at the same time
- False Information: Providing false personal information or forged documents
- Fraud: Fraudulent transactions or identity theft
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions
- Collaborative Play: Attempting to manipulate the system in collusion with other players
- Game Manipulation: Attempting to hack software or manipulate game outcomes
- Money laundering: Using the betting platform for money laundering
Consequences: If we find evidence of any prohibited activity, we will immediately close your account and may take legal action if necessary.

११ Closing Your Account
You can close your account at any time. Go to Settings and select the "Permanently Close Account" option.
When your account is closed:
- All your balances are held in a secure account
- You may reopen it within 30 days
- After 30 days, you will not be able to reopen this account
- All your promotional offers will be cancelled
Vinvip may close an account when:
- If you engage in prohibited activities
- If you breach the eligibility terms and conditions
- If you have been inactive for an extended period (3+ years)
- For legal or regulatory reasons
Info: If your account is permanently closed, you will no longer be able to use Vinvip and this action cannot be undone.

Continued use of the platform after a change has been announced means you accept the updated terms. If you do not agree with the new terms, you may close your account.
